Romina was an always smiley and enthusiastic member of our product team, cheering and motivating the rest of us. Even though in the organization structure UX was a separate department from engineering, but she was always closely collaborating with the developers. She was clearly living the team spirit. She had a key role in figuring out a brand new product from scratch, created the first designs and screens for the team to implement. Working closely together enabled her to react on questions or feedbacks about the UI, so she assured smooth development process.
