Benefits admin
I worked on the UX design for TriNet Benefits, focusing on enhancing usability and streamlining the experience for businesses and employees navigating their HR benefits options. My role involved improving information architecture, optimizing user flows, and refining the interface design to ensure seamless access to health, retirement, and wellness benefits. Through research-driven design decisions and usability improvements, I contributed to making the platform more intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly.
Payroll
I worked on the UX design for TriNet Payroll, enhancing the platform’s usability and ensuring a seamless experience for businesses managing payroll, tax compliance, and employee payments. My role involved optimizing user flows, improving information hierarchy, and refining the interface design to make complex payroll processes more intuitive. By leveraging user research and usability testing, I helped create a more efficient, accessible, and user-friendly payroll management system.
